🤍 Returns & Store Credit Policy

Hey y’all! We want you to love your purchase from The Salty Flamingo Shop. If something just isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help.

We offer a 30-day return window, which means you have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.


👚 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, clothing items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed

  • Free of stains, odors, or pet hair

  • With original tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. If a return label is provided, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your store credit.


💔 Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged or you received the wrong piece, contact us within 3 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right — pinky promise. 🤍


🚫 Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Special orders or custom items


🔄 Exchanges

At this time, we don’t offer direct exchanges. The easiest way to get what you want is to return the item (if eligible) and place a new order once your return is approved.


💌 Store Credit

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only (original shipping charges are non-refundable). Store credit will be emailed to you and never expires — so you can use it whenever you’re ready to shop again!
